So it looks as if all the crying by other classes that say that retribution paladins are OP (overpowered) have prevailed. One of the new spells, Divine Storm, and one of the reworked spells, Seal of Light, were nerfed.
Divine Storm was nerfed by making the damage physical whereas it was holy damage. The nerf in that change is that physical damage can be mitigated by a mob/players armor (more armor = less damage) where spell damage (holy in this case) isn’t mitigated. This is mostly a PvP nerf, which makes it not that big of a deal for me, since I don’t really want to do PvP that much with my pally.
The heals produced by Seal of Light was reduced by 40%.
